Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026. Plain language, because you may be pasting messages meant for someone you like.

The short version

  • We don’t require an account or an email address to use the free tool.
  • Messages you paste into our tools are processed once and never stored.
  • Message text never appears in web addresses, analytics, the sitemap or any public page.
  • Your Flirt Blueprint progress is saved only in your own browser.
  • We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t run advertising trackers.

Messages you enter into our tools

When you use How Flirty Is This? or the tools inside Flirt Blueprint, the text you type is sent securely (HTTPS) in the body of a single request to our server. To produce the analysis or rewrites, that text is sent to our AI provider, Google’s Gemini API, and the response is returned to your browser.

Retention: Not retained. Processed in memory for the length of one request, then discarded.

  • We do not write message text to a database, file or log.
  • We do not put message text in URLs, so it can’t end up in browser history, server logs or referrer headers.
  • We do not include message text, recipient names, phone numbers or dating profile text in analytics.
  • Results are shown only in your browser. We don’t create shareable or indexable result pages.

Our AI provider processes the text under its own API terms. Please avoid pasting other people’s personal details such as full names, phone numbers or addresses.

Rate limiting

To keep the free tool available and prevent abuse, we count how many checks come from each IP address per hour. That counter is stored briefly and expires automatically. It never contains what you typed.

Purchases

Flirt Blueprint is sold through Stripe, which processes payment on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details. Stripe provides us with the information needed to confirm and support a purchase, such as your email address and payment status. Checkout emails are transactional. We will only send marketing email if you have clearly opted in.

After purchase, access is saved in your browser along with your purchase reference, which our server checks with Stripe to confirm your access to the paid tools.

Data stored in your browser

Flirt Blueprint saves your profile result, practice progress and playbook in your browser’s local storage under keys starting with bf.. This data stays on your device. You can delete it at any time from inside Flirt Blueprint or by clearing your browser data.

Analytics

If we measure usage, we record only simple events — for example that an article was viewed, that a tool check started or finished, or that someone opened checkout — without message content or anything that identifies you personally. The complete list of events we allow is: article_view, tool_start, tool_complete, sales_page_view, product_cta, checkout_start, purchase.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. We use security headers and HTTPS everywhere.

Adults only

Better Flirting is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we don’t store tool messages, there is no message history to retrieve or delete. For purchase-related data or any privacy question, email hello@betterflirting.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
